SO EXACTLY HOW DID QATAR WN THE VOTE TO HOLD THE WORLD CUP IN 2022.?

Now according to the DAILY MAIL, which wrote an article  on how Qatar won the vote to hist te world cup in 2022. Mind you Qataris small country with one million population only  .

The French president told Michael Platini, that at any cost he must  see to it tat Qatar and Russia win the vote for the 2018 , world cup and Qatar 2022 world cup..

 Now each of the voters were given bribe money  five million pounds to vote for these two countries...so  then sixteen of te voters voted for Russia and Qatar , Money makes the world go round you see.

 After the money was paid to the voters in a five star in Luanda Angola. And Qatar promised Russia to help for their oil  and gas exploration..

 F.I.F.A  are stink  like  a septic tank, gutters are cleaner then them.

 Legally France,, Qatar and Russia should be expelled for life ,for pulling the  F.I.F.A. into the gutter,

 But nothing will happen  F.I.F.A have taken huge bribes.
