NowU.E.FF.A took action against twelve clubs and threatened to fine these clubs and expel them from the E.C.A European Club Association. As well as the champion Lague, so these twelve clubs could lose a lot f money.
Only Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus stood up strongly against U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A.
The cse was filed by the European Super League in the Commercial Court f Madrid, under the JudgeAnd te Judge Emmanuel Ruis Del Lara, gave the case in Favour of The European Super League, but he then filed a eferreal in the European Court f Justice in Luxemburg.. He said this would apply only in Spain, but the verdict in the European Court of Justice would ow apply all over Europe as well.
Now the Federal Court of Switzerland , their SUPREME COURT, sent U.E.F.A a notice telling U.E.F.A not to expell Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus from Champion League. And that year Real Madrid won the champion league in 2021.
It was a hard kick between the teeth of Aleksander Ceferino , just imagine a expelledclub winning the champion league.
