 It was said in the press  that both Real madrid and Tottenham Hotspurs had reached a agreement in the U.S.A , between Daniel Levy and the president of Real madrid..  It was a huge amount. a new world record. of 100 million Euros  or 86 million pounds..
Real madrid were happy and put up a stand at the Santiago Bernabeu .
 But the deal did not go through, and Gareth Bale is still a Tottenham Hotspurs player.The original agreement   says Real Madrid  will pay a yearly instalment of 12.5 million pounds till the year 2017.
Now there is a report in THE DAILY MAIL that  Real Madrid  will pay Tottenham Hotspurs. a total of 78 million pounds , all at one shot on the table.
 The reason being the Spanish giants did not want the ego of Cristiano Ronaldo hurt, after all he scores sacks of goals for Real Madrid, and will score more then Gareth Bale anyday..
 Now Real Madrid face another problem the stand to welcome Gareth Bale must come down before sunday , as Real Madrid have a match at the Santiago  Bernabeu. According to rules  no stands can be there during a match.

 Now he is selling Gareth Bale to Real Madrid for a world record 100 million Euros , or 86 million pounds. He should hon our the agreement  made between Tottenham Hotspurs and Real Madrid.
 Now Gareth  Bale was ordered to return for training at Tottenham Hotspur, but he has refused to do so , and most likely go on a strike or sulk away, like Dimitrov Berbatov , did till he was transferred to Manchester United.
 Real Madrid already started selling number 11 jersey with Gareth Bales name.. Real Madrid made up the entire  80 million pounds for Cristiano Ronaldo by selling jerseys.

 Jose Mourinho in The MIRROR  has said that the Spaniard Fernando Torres is not at all worth  the fifty million pounds Chelsea paid Liverpool .He is only worth 20 million pounds.

Gareth Bale will sign a four year contract. And his weekly salary will be 150,000 pounds. It is very poor salary, if he is brought for 109 million pounds then his weekly salary should be at least 200,000 pounds.
Real Madrid are famous for not paying the entire amount at one time, they always pay it in installments .Same here , they will pay only 59 million pounds  first they will then make four different  installments of 12.50 million pounds to the year 2017.

ARSENAL DEFEAT THE STUPID FENERHBACHE 3-0.

 In this years champion league qualifiers , played in Istanbul.
Arsenal came with very few players as a lot of them were either sold or released.And there were many injuries both major and minor.
 To make matters worse for Arsenal, the Turkish fans  burst crackers all night  at the hotel where the Arsenal team stayed. They thought Arsenal would be well and truly  finished.
Fenerbanche  and Besiktas  face match fixing  charges by U.E.F.A and could face long bans as well., these crackers would only increase the length of the ban for the club..
 In the match Arsenal scored three goals. Kireon Gibbs scored the first , Aaron Ramsey scored the second and the third was a penalty, after Theo Walcott  was brought down.  Oliver Giroud  took the penalty  confidently , to make it 3-0. But a lot of chances were wasted by Arsenal , and Oliver Giroud was the main culprit.The score could be even healthier.
There was a major injury to a Arsenal player, Laurent Koscienly was  kicked in the face, missing the eye by inches by French player Webo.
Even after the Arsenal player  left the field to be replaced by Jenkins, the stupid referee failed to show a red card , as all studs hit him in the face, the boot was to high according to F.I.F.A rules it should be a red card, Luis Nani got one for a milder offence.

A MANAGER COMES OUT OF A COMA AFTER BEING TOLD HIS TEAM WON.

 Wayne Thorne 33 year old manager of Larkhall Atletic , was in a deep coma for a few days  after he had a car crash, that left his head and artery were damaged , and many of his ribs were crushed.

Now can you imagine when the last buy out clause was 23 million pounds, the new amount should have very well reached 30 million pounds., for Maroune Fellini.
It was rejected straight away .

WHO BROKERED PEACE BETWEEN LUIS SUAREZ AND BRENDAN RODGERS.?

Luis Suarez wanted to move to Arsenal, in this transfer window. And Arsenal came forward  to pay the buy out clause which was 40 million pounds, they were willing to pay one pound over the 40 million pounds , it was cheeky, but the offer was rejected.

 Arsenal may be  very much tempted  to buy the Spanish striker Michu from the Welsh club Swansea.
 As they have failed in their efforts to get Gonzalo Higuain, Wayne Rooney  and Luis Suarez as well in this transfer window.
Michu joined  Swansea for a very small amount of just two  million pounds, but last year he scored 19 goals, and shouldered  the entire burden on himself..

 It is funny how talented  footballers do not use their brains, neither do their  agents.It is all money here.
The Brazilian Luis Gustavo , was told by Bayern Munich that he would be a surplus at the German Club.
 Arsenal were very keen and also reached a 14 million pounds for him. But sadly he refused to join Arsenal , and he joined a German club instead , the club was Wolfsburg.
 Wolfsburg finished eleventh  in the table , in other words they were in the bottom half of the table of 20 clubs.
 This makes no sense at all , as he has signed a five year contract with the club, he may not be considered for the world cup for Brazil. They would prefer a player in the top four clubs.

All for big money , for example Robin Van Persie came at 2.75 million pounds  sold for 24 million.Emmanuel Adebayor  was for 3 million pounds sold fo 25 million pounds. Nasri and Toure sold for 15 million pounds.When money comes who cares , just uy another one.
Arsenal were called a feeder club, but the truth is they were forced to sell players to pay back for the money taken for the stadium.

 It is also reported  in Uruguay that Arsenal have now drawn out a contract for Luis Suarez  , if and when he does join Arsenal from Liverpool.
 It is to be a four year contract , for the striker, and his weekly salary will be a huge  160,000 pounds  a week.
Now Arsenal are not a club to usually give this high weekly salaries to their footballers.
At present only Theo Walcott and Lukas poldoski get a three digit figure weekly salary.
Both of them get just 100 pounds as weekly salary.

TED TERRY JOHN TERRY'S FATHER SAYS HE CAN NOT PAY A LAWYER IN COURT.

 Can you believe this  John Terry s  father Ted Terry says he  can not afford to pay a lawyer to defend him in court. They charged him 300 pounds first day  and asked for 340 pounds next day.
And what was really shocking  was Ted Terry appeared in court, wearing a T shirt and a pair of khaki shorts. He showed no respect what so ever  to the judge, and those in court.
But mind you John Terry  has a weekly salary of 150,000 pounds. I am sure he can pay his fathers lawyers bill..
 Mind you they are a family always in the news for the wrong reasons.
 John Terry was  punished   for rascally abusing Anton Ferdinand last year.

MANCHESTER UNITED HAVE JERSEY NUMBER 7 VACANT THIS YEAR.

For the E.P.L  2013/2014 season  Manchester United will have their famous jersey number 7  vacant.
It was worn last season by the Ecuadorian winger Antonio Valencia. Antonio Valencia  was wearing the jersey number 25  earlier.
 Antonio  Valencia joined Manchester United from Wigan Atletic, for a total price of 16 million pounds in 2009. A little to much for my liking. then.
The famous jersey number 7  was worn by great players at Manchester United,  they were really icons for the club, like Eric Cantona, David Beckham Cristiano Ronaldo.
Antonio Valencia says that the weight of expectations because he wore that famous number jersey played on his mind.This season he will wear the old number 25.
The big , big question on every bodys mind is will Cristiano Rnaldo join Manchester United again ?
Or the new boy Wilfred Zaha  could be wearing that number 7 jersey this year

THIS IS A BIG BLOW FOR F.I.F.A AND THE 2022 WORLD CUP.

 This is indeed  a very big blow for F.I.F.A , it sure hurt their pride.
As the venue for the 2022 world cup , was Qatar .Not at all  a sensible  choice.
 As a world cup is always held in the off season  for all clubs , so it is held from  June to July, but playing at 50 degrees is next to impossible.
 Now F.I.F.A want a winter world cup..
But France, Germany, Italy, England and Spain, have refused to play a winter world cup.. They told F.I.F.A  , you can choose the venue and year , but made it crystal clear  it has to be in June and july.

BRENDAN RODGERS WANTS LUIS SUAREZ TO APOLOGIZE TO HIM AND LIVERPOOL CLUB.

 The Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers wants Luis  Suarez  to apologize to him as well as the club and players.. And he will then get his rightful place in the team..
 But why ever should Luis Suarez  apologize , all he has done was ask  for a transfer from Liverpool to Arsenal., and Arsenal were  willing to pay Liverpool the entire money, in the buy out clause , that was 40 million pounds. Arsenal even went one step ahead and offered forty million pounds, they added a pound over the buy out clause..Liverpool are hanging on to him as in the past two years he has been their top goal scorer., and it is because of this Liverpool have finished seventh in the E.P.L.table.
Liverpool completely forget that they were a big club once, no longer  a big club.They are living on past glory alone.. Their other goal scorer is Steven Gerrard , who is now 33 years  and is injured often.
 Brendan Rodgers has won nothing with Watford or Swansea, Michael Ladrup has already won the Carling cup with Swansea.
 And next year 2014  world cup in Brazil, Luis Suarez has place assured in the Uruguay team, so he need not impress the coach at all..
I wonder how many of Liverpool players will make it there, beside  Danniel Sturridge.

THE 2013/ 2014 STARTS WITH THE COMMUNITY SHIELD..

 The E. P.L season  for 2013/2014 started with the community shield , played between the E..P.L champions  Manchester United verses the F.A winner Wigan Atletic, played on 11/8 2013 at the Wembley stadium.
 The result was well and truly expected a victory for  Manchester United who were the ruling E.P.L champions and  a small club relegated last year.. A David and Goliath  match you could say..
 But this is football  and anything can happen. here.
 Let us take  the case of Portsmouth playing Chelsea in the F.A final. Portsmouth was already relegated and was going into the hands of a administrator then.  But Portsmouth won the match 1-0  with a goal from Kanu. Now here Chelsea were the E.P.L champions then.
 In this match  Robin Van Persie scored two goals, one was a header.
It was a hollow victory for David Moyes, as the team played a unimpressive game, it was his first trophy.
 And Manchester United failed to buy big stars this time.

ARSENAL ON THE VERGE OF SIGNING LUIZ GUSTAVO.

It is reported  in the Metro , that Arsenal are on the verge of signing  the Brazilian midfielder  Luiz Gustavo  from the German giants Bayern Munich, the amount was coated to be 14 million pounds..
 The amount was agreed upon  but the terms have yet to be agreed..
 Luis Gustavo  is a both midfielder as well as a defender, he also played for Brazil in this years Confederation cup..
 The new coach Pep Guardiola says he is now a surplus at the club, with Mario Gotze, Kroos ans a whole lot of senior  players as well.
 If he joins Arsenal it will be good , as they did not have a midfielder of his class, and he is 26 years old as well. Last year Arsenal missed such a player Abou Diaby was always injured and they had sold Alexander Song to Barcelona..
 But mind you Arsene Wenger has said nothing as yet, and he does it all on the quiet, he says transfers are to be secret and confidential.

DAVID MOYES WANTS LUKA MODRIC , AS FABREGAS SAID NO TO MANCHESTER UNITED.

 The Manchester United manager David Moyes   is still trying to find a midfielder to replace  Paul Scholes who retired last year.
David Moyes first lost out to Thiago Alcantara, who left Barcelona to join Bayern Munich, then Cesc Fabregas  said he was very happy at Barcelona, and has no desire what so ever to return to the E.P.l.
So he now is looking at  the Croatian play maker Luka Modric , who plays his club football  at Real Madrid.
 Even though Luka Modric  joined Real Madrid from Tottenham Hotspurs  for 33 million pounds..
But  sadly he has been the costliest flop in Spain last year. The big question is will Real Madrid  sell him now, or give him another year , under Carlo Anchelotti.?
 Manchester United  will have to pay a heavy price, as he joined for 33 million pounds, they will at least 25 million pounds for him. As they do need the money. ..
Real Madrid are in 590 million pound debt already, so any hard cash is welcome. for the club.

THE F.A CELEBRATE 150 YEARS, CALL IT SIR BOBBY ROBSON DAY.

 As the English F.A celebrates 150 years, this day is called Sir Bobby Robson Day,. One of England's best loved football person.
It is rare to find a person who was so widely loved by  his team mates, opposite teams as well as fans , all at one time.
 He may not have done so well as a player, but as a manager he outshone everyone.
 From Clubs like Ipswich, where he won the F.A. cup, West Brom Albion to Newcastle United.
He then moved to F.c.Porto where they won the league. He then moved to Holland where he won the the Dutch league with P.S.V Eindhoven. He then went to sunny Spain with Barcelona, where he won the Spanish cup and also  the Copa Del  Rey that year..
 He then returned to his beloved Newcastle United  and took a club from the bottom in the E.P.L to the champion league.
His best years were 1986  when he was the manager of England , in the 1986 world cup and took it to semi finals.
In 1990 was his best year for England , in the world cup in Italy. With players like Alan Shearer, David Platt, Peter Shilton , Paul Gascoigne and Cris Waddle, they reched the semi finals, to be beaten by  West Germany.

ARSENE WENGER IS NOT THE ONLY MANAGER NOT TO SIGN MANY PLAYERS.

  Arsene Wenger is not the only manager not to sign many players. As there are many top managers  who did not sign players either., in this summer transfer window.
 David Moyes the hand picked successor to Sir Alex Ferguson has  only signed a single player so far. He is more worried about the Wayne Rooney problem of leaving Manchester United,  For Arsenal or Liverpool..
 Chelsea to have been rather quiet , in fact to quiet in this transfer window for a club  owned by a oil baron.
The only main clubs to sign far lot of players is Tottenham Hptspurs,  they have  got many new faces this year. A shear case of desperation to reach the champion league, and knock their arch rivals from the forth  spot. But Tottenham Hotspurs have not cleared out  old wood either.
 Liverpool have sold a few and got a few players as well.
 But they are doing it at a big loss. Stuart Downing was got for 20 million pounds but will be sold for 6 million pounds.  Andy Carroll was got for 35 million pounds he was sold for a big loss of 15 million pounds.
 It could very well be that  THE FINANCIAL  FAIR PLAY  will cause these clubs to slow down in buying.
But one club Manchester City have spent over 90 million pounds on footballers, they only sold Carlos Tevez for 10 million to Juventus.So the rest was whose money.?

THE F.A.CHAIRMAN SAYS THE 2022 QATAR WORLD CUP WILL CAUSE CAOS, AND NOT FEASIBLE.

 The new chairman of the English  F.A Mr Greg Dyke, has come out to say  that the 2022 world cup in Qatar would not at all be feasible. It would affect world football for three seasons .As it is not possible  to play any football in a 50 degree temperature.
 Now realistically speaking there are two alternatives . A) to have a winter world cup. And to this  many countries are not going to agree.Especially England.
B) Is to change the  host country.
The other problem is there will be no banks allowed to sponsor  the world cup, nether  will Beer companies be allowed to sponsor.
 And no beer or strong drinks will be allowed  in the stadium., and country.
 As it is a small country  what will they do with the huge stadiums?
 The best for football and F.I.F.A would give it to England. They last held a world cup in 1966..
And another plus point for England is they developed bigger stadiums for their recent olympics.

 Jose Mourinho has made a second idiotic  offer to buy Wayne Rooney, the second bid he made was just 25 million pounds. Sickening I must say  from this man , who only joins clubs that will spend big money , and have a lot of costly footballers.
 Luis Suarez is not being sold for 40 million pounds, Edison Cavani did cost  55 million pounds , Neymar and Radamel Falcao were equally costly.
This offer must be thrown into the dustbin and not even read .
 He has refused to sell David Luis  for 39 million  to Barcelona, another league altogether.. And Wayne Rooney to a club in the same E.P.L is funny.
 Jose Mourinho  has said he will chase Wayne Rooney right till the last day, that is 2/9/2013, clubs have two extra days to do business as saturday and sunday come.

ARSENAL PLAY FENERBACHE IN THE CHAMPION LEAGUE PLAY OFF.

 Arsenal finished fourth last season as expected as the three money clubs will come in the top three , oil money. and big stars did count.
 But now Arsenal will play the Turkish giants Fenerbache, in the champion league play offs.. But the big question is  should Arsenal play that match, or for the matter should the Turkish giants be allowed to play verses Arsenal, in a match of such importance?
 As  last year both these Turkish giants  Besiktas and Fenerbache were banned  by U.E.F.A for match fixing. And the final decision in this case has not yet been given.
My big question to U.E.F.A is what if the Turkish side wins both the legs and are then found guilty of match fixing , what will happen?

IT IS NOT TRUE ARSENAL LET GONZALO HIGUAIN SLIP IN FAVOUR OF LUIS SUAREZ.

 It is not at all true that Arsenal  had let Gonzalo Higuain slip through their fingers , when they decided to buy Luis Suarez.
 Acording to Jorge Higuain the father and also the agent of Gonzalo Higuain. He repeatedly said that the talks between Arsenal and Real Madrid, was  at a very advanced stage of negotiation..
 Arsenal had agreed terms with Gonzalo Higuain , even his weekly salary was decided, it was at a huge 150,000 pounds a week. The highest at Arsenal are Theo Walcott  and Lukas Podolski  , who both get a weekly salary of 100,000 pounds only.
But the culprit here was  Real Madrid, they once said Gonzalo Higuain was a surplus at the club, but they increased their demand for him from 19,million pounds to 21 million pounds, to 23 million pounds , and still wanted more for him.
 Arsenal do not throw money  like that. After all Real Madrid wanted big money for Gareth Bale , it was 100 million  Euros.
 And as Napoli had sold Edison Cavani for 55 million pounds , Napoli got Gonzalo Higuain.
And you must remember Arsene Wenger never announces whom he will buy , in the last two weeks of the transfer he will buy some one.
